About Us
Toler Place is a community of 24 Townhomes in Irving, Texas, which were built in 1984. Fischer Toler Place, LP, has been managing Toler Place since 2001. Since then we have engaged in a constant program of replacing fences, carpets and refinishing entrances.

We have also repainted many of the Townhomes, replaced landscaping and modernized the Office. We are in a constant state of maintenance and upgrading - all to our tenants' benefit! But don't get us wrong - Toler Place was never run down; we're just about doing constant improvement.

We are off the beaten path, at the dead ends of two streets; this creates a very quiet environment enjoyed by our tenants. Just driving in and out is a peaceful journey, since Toler Place is in a totally residential, single family home neighborhood.

Up to two pets are permitted provided they are each less than 30 pounds and are non dangerous breeds. The maximum occupany for each townhome is four. No more than four persons over 18 months of age may occupy a townhome more than 14 nights in a month.
