Application Forms
Before we can process an application, we need a prospective tenant to complete an application form. One can be obtained from the Toler Place Office. Or you can print a copy from this web page and fill it out before coming to Toler Place. Alternatively, you may fill in the second form below and submit it directly over the Internet to us. Please note our minimum requirements for accepting an application: (1) Credit score from TransUnion in excess of 660; and (2) Minimum after tax monthly income of $2,900.

Click on the Image Immediately to the Left to Bring Up an Application Form That You can Print and/or Submit. You can fill in the form and then print it, or you can print it and then fill it out or you fill in the form and then submit it using the Submit button. Once you are finished, you can get it (along with a copy of your drivers license or photo ID) to us by mail, email (if you can scan it in or take a picture and send it as an attachment), using the submit button (sometimes doesn't work) or by dropping it off at our office with your $25 application fee. If you decide to drop the application and fee off at the office at some time other than Saturday (before 1:30 P.M.), then please let us know when you drop off the application and fee. That way we will know to pick it up and can process it. If submitting using the button or emailing, you will need to get us the fee before we can process your application, by sending us the fee via Paypal to: rfischer@tolerplace.com. Check with us first to co-ordinate this. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader or similar program to view and fill in this form. If the Submit button does not work, then email to rfischer@tolerplace.com. Also, please take a picture/scan of your driver's license and email it to rfischer@tolerplace.com.
